Your adventure starts the moment you arrive in Port Alberni. After a friendly welcome, you’ll set off on a 2–3‑hour boat ride through the Alberni Inlet which sets the stage for the journey ahead.With weather and safety in mind, you — the guest — get to choose your next destination.
From wildlife viewing in the Broken Group Islands to spending the day out on open water, your experience is shaped entirely by your interests. You can even decide where to spend the night, whether it’s aboard the boat with ocean views or in a nearby coastal community.

Broken Group
Consisting of 100+ islands and rocky outcrops the Broken Group islands is home to protected wildlife like seals, otters, mink, and eagles. Access to this area is boat-only and offers unusually calm ocean conditions.
